JAY L. EDELSTEIN
Jay L. Edelstein focuses his practice on Insurance Defense Litigation, Security Law, Cumulative Trauma, Medical Malpractice, Construction Law, Contract Law, Contract Law and Litigation involving Common Carriers, Self-Insured Entities, Rental Car Agencies, Trucking and Municipalities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Edelstein founded Edelstein Law, LLP in 1998 after having been a partner in two larger established firms. Mr. Edelstein earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Education in 1976 from Washington and Jefferson College and a Juris Doctorate from the Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1979.
Mr. Edelstein has three children Jennifer, Matthew and Leah. He has been married to his wife, Maria for 28 years and they happily reside in South Jersey. Jay Edelstein serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Maryville Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center whose mission statement is to help the indigent and poor. He also previously served on the Executive Committee as Vice-President in 2014.
