Admitted to New Jersey Bar, 1991; Education: Washington & Jefferson College, B.A., 1976; Delaware Law School of Widener University, J.D., 1979. Member of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations; Defense Research Institute. Admitted to practice in The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; The United States District Court of New Jersey and The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Specialties: Cumulative Trauma, Insurance Litigation, Medical Malpractice, Construction Law, Contract Law, Contract Law and Litigation involving Common Carriers, Self Insured Entities, Rental Car Agencies, Municipalities.
Personal Interests: Jay Edelstein has three children Jennifer, Matthew and Leah. He has been married to his wife, Maria for 25 years and they happily reside in South Jersey.
Jay Edelstein serves as a member of the Board Of Directors for Maryville Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center whose mission statement is to help the indigent and poor. He also previously served on the Executive Committee.
